The perfect sweet tooth fix.
Sometimes I just need a pick me up after lunch. Something to satisfy my seemingly never ending sweet tooth. This is the perfect after lunch pick me up. It’s “sand”. Doesn’t look like much, but I’m telling you, it hit the spot!
It’s made up of two ingredients. Vanilla wafers and vanilla pudding.
I used sugar free vanilla pudding (the pudding cups) since they are only 60 calories per cup. Then you use a few vanilla wafers crunched up and as you can see in the picture above, you layer them.
It has around 120 calories for the whole thing, depending on how many wafers you use.
You can also do this with chocolate pudding and oreos. (It would be a little higher in calories since the oreos are higher calorie than vanilla wafers).
