  • Total Conditioning class (60 min)
  • 1.5 mile easy run

Tuesday

  • 2 mile easy run. (super sore from total condition on Monday!!)
  • Stretching

Wednesday

  • 3 mile run
  • Stretching

Thursday

Friday

  • R&R (rest and recovery)

Saturday

  • Yoga

Sunday

  • R&R
