Greek it up

Right now I am obsessed with greek yogurt. I have two almost everyday, morning snack and afternoon snack. I used to eat the non greek low calorie yogurt but I was always, and I mean always hungry within the hour. I don’t know why it took me so long to try greek yogurt, everyone I knew loved it. In all seriousness, I just tried it for the first time about 2 months ago.

Now, I’m hooked.

Currently my obsession is the dannon light and fit greek:


80 calories, 12g protein and delicious flavors.

Oh and it keeps me full for a few hours. #solid
