No Equipment Full Body Workout

Here is a great full body workout that you can do anywhere! No equipment required. You do each move for 60 seconds doing as many reps as you can in that 60 seconds. After you complete each move once (1 full circuit), take a 2 minute break and repeat the circuit two more times.
