  • Thursday: 3 mile run
  • Friday: Yoga (75 min)
  • Saturday: Long run (6 miles)

Week of June 16th-22nd

  • Sunday: Rest
  • Monday: Total Conditioning (60 mins)
  • Tuesday: 2 mile easy run
  • Wednesday: 35 stair master, 15 min elliptical
  • Thursday: 3 mile run
  • Friday: Rest
  • Saturday: 3.1 run (5k)

Week of June 23rd-29th

  • Sunday: Rest
  • Monday: Rest
  • Tuesday: 2 mile run
  • Wednesday: 35 cross train
  • Thursday: 3 mile run
  • Friday: rest
  • Saturday: 7 mile long run
