20 Reasons to do Yoga

Yoga. Weird? Awkward? Difficult? Relaxing? What comes to mind when you think of yoga? Have you ever tried it?

Well here are 20 reasons to give it a shot.


Your first class may be awkward or difficult, but stick around. It can be an incredible practice to incorporate into your workout routine.

I personally love using it to center and release any anxiousness I may have and pray through things on my mind. As well as gaining flexibility to stay injury free.
