  • Wednesday: CT elliptical (40 mins)
  • Thursday: Rest
  • Friday: 3 miles
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: Long Run (8 miles)

Total Mileage: 14 miles

July 15th- 21st (Recovery Week)

  • Monday: Total Conditioning (60 mins)
  • Tuesday: 3 mile run
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: CT Stair master (40 min)
  • Friday: Rest
  • Saturday: 3 Mile Run
  • Sunday: Rest

Total Mileage: 6 Miles

July 22nd – 28th

  • Monday: Total Conditioning (60 mins)
  • Tuesday: 3 Mile Run
  • Wednesday: 40 Min cross train (elliptical)
  • Thursday: 4 Mile run
  • Friday: Rest
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: Long run (9 miles)

Total Mileage: 16 Miles
