10 Body Weight Exercises

What I have found to be true when it comes to exercise is that if it isn’t convenient then you probably won’t stick to it. Isn’t that the truth though? So whether it’s finding the best time or easiest way to squeeze in your cardio sesh or learning body weight exercises that you can do anywhere, or during commercial breaks (so you don’t have to give up your favorite show).
