Asian Sauteed Veggies

I’m always looking for new ways to spice up my vegetable sides. Here is one I tried that turned out great! It’s a perfect side to chicken and rice, steak or  even alone for a yummy veggie filled meal.


  • Broccoli
  • 1 Squash
  • 1 Zucchini
  • White onion
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil (1 tbs)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic (2 cloves)

veg2(Yes I used left over soy sauce from our Chinese take out haha)

1. Step One: Heat 1 tbs olive oil in pan add garlic and brown just a bit.

2. Step Two: Add cut vegetables to pan

veg33. Step three: Saute until vegetables begin to soften.

4. Step four: add soy sauce and sesame oil to taste. (I start with 1 tbs of each and then add more to taste)

veg4Finish cooking, salt and pepper to taste and serve.
