November 2013 Workouts

Well this is a week late but here ya go. My November workouts were pretty decent. I am proud of my results and I ran my first half marathon.

Week of November 4-10th (first 3 days of November here)

  • Monday: Total Conditioning (60 mins)
  • Tuesday: Rest
  • Wednesday: Run (3 miles)
  • Thursday: Tempo Run (6 miles)
  • Friday: Rest
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: Run (7 miles)

Total mileage: 16 miles

Week of November 11th- 17th

  • Monday: Total Conditioning (60 mins)
  • Tuesday: Rest
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: Run (3 miles)
  • Friday: Rest
  • Saturday: Run (11 miles)
  • Sunday: Rest

Total mileage: 14 miles, recovery week

Week of November 18th- 24th

  • Monday: Total Conditioning (60 mins), 2 Mile Fast run
  • Tuesday: Rest
  • Wednesday: 3 miles
  • Thursday: Rest
  • Friday: Weights (45 min), Run (1 mile), Core (15 min)
  • Saturday: Run (5 miles)
  • Sunday: Rest

Total mileage: 9 miles

Week of November 25th- Dec 1st

  • Monday: Total Conditioning (60 mins)
  • Tuesday: Rest
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: 1/2 marathon (13.1 miles)
  • Friday: Rest
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: Run (5 miles)

Total mileage: 18.1 miles

Total monthly miles: 63
