Healthy Turkey Chili

chili5I love this recipe. This is such an easy make and it’s really healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1lb ground turkey
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • chili powder (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes 
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 can black beans

Step One: Brown turkey in pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onions and cook until onions soften just a bit.

Step Two: Add everything else

Step Three: Simmer 20-25 minutes over low

Enjoy with cornbread and a bit of cheese!
