This is my go-to when I want pizza. It’s super simple and healthy. Flat-bread veggie pizza.
- Whole Wheat Flatbread
- Pizza Sauce
- 1/4 C. Part Skim Mozz. Cheese
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 White Onion
- Black Olives
- Basil (optional)
- Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Step One: Pre-heat oven to 375. Spray one side of flat-bread with cooking spray. Bake plain flat-bread 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step Two: Slice your veggies
Step Three: Spread the pizza sauce on the flat bread then season with whatever you like (I use garlic powder, salt, pepper and oregano)
Step Four: Spread fresh basil and then all your veggies
Step Five: Cover with cheese
Step Six: Bake for about 6-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. I usually broil for the last minute to get the cheese nice and brown on top!
I usually can’t even finish the whole thing. So delish!
